Apply for IA Service Provider Recognition

Complete the form below to register with the IIA SA as a recognised Quality Assurance Assessor.

It is important to take note of the following registration prerequisites/requirements:

• Applicants must as a minimum hold at least one of the following designations:
  •  Principal Certified Internal Auditor – PCIA
  • Certified Internal Auditor – CIA
  • Professional Internal Auditor – PIA
• Applicants must be a member in good standing with the IIA SA.
• Attended and successfully completed the “Performing an Effective Quality Assessment” course (must have been completed in period 1 January 2017 to date, which is the effective date of the current Standards)
• Should you have completed the Quality Assessor course before 1 January 2017, attendance and successful completion of the “Performing an Effective Quality Assessment Refresher” course is required.
• An annual registration fee of R5000 (excl VAT) is payable upon submission of your form and the fee is renewable effective 1 June each year to maintain your registration as a recognised Quality Assurance Assessor.
